MDLL Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MDLL (Musica De Los Latinos). Because we use a print-on-demand system, all items are made especially for you once an order is placed. Please review the Shipping Policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.
Processing/production typically takes:

  • 2–7 business days for most apparel items.

  • Up to 30 business days for some items.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, item weight, and the fulfillment center used.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.

MDLL is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


5. Wrong Address or Missing Information

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

MDLL is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address

  • Packages lost due to customer address errors

If a package is returned to sender, we can reship it to a corrected address (reshipping fees may apply).


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, stalled in transit, or significantly delayed, contact us at team@musicadeloslatinos.com so we can investigate with the carrier and our fulfilment partners.

Please note: carrier delays and delivery issues are outside our control.


7. Delivery Issues

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Stolen Packages (Marked as Delivered)

If a carrier marks the package as delivered but you did not receive it, MDLL is not responsible. We recommend checking with neighbours, household members, local couriers, or your local post office.


8. Split Shipments

Because we use multiple production partners, items in your order may ship separately. If so, you’ll receive multiple tracking emails.
