musica de los latinos makes all products unique and are only produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, colour are ordered, this includes if you have changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, musica de los latinos offers a free new product or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team "Contact Us” form and provide a clear photo or video showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
